Return & Exchange
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your purchase from Mika Jaymes Shop does not meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy below. Please review all terms carefully before submitting a return request.
Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they are received in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated and received within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or odor will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return Authorization Process
All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. Customers must submit a return request through our designated return portal or contact Customer Support for approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested for a different size or style, subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer’s return policy and cannot be returned directly to Mika Jaymes Shop.
High-Value Orders
Orders with a total value exceeding $3,000 may be eligible for store credit instead of a cash refund, at our discretion, to protect against fraud and processing risk.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery and include clear photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
