Order Processing Time
All Mika Jaymes pieces are handmade in our Los Angeles studio. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
During high-volume periods, such as product launches or seasonal promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer complimentary USPS Priority shipping on all U.S. orders. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Delivery time estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Shipping speed may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $25 per order. Estimated delivery time for international shipments is typically 15–21 business days from the ship date, though delivery times may vary by country.
Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Mika Jaymes Shop is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Mika Jaymes Shop is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with claims when possible.
